Chalet type property that required complete renovation. Property was timber framed and was suffering serious rot and damp problems. Job spec included strengthening, damp proofing, new concrete floors, ceiling heightening, total new internal layout, full rewire including upgrading tails, new consumer unit, electric shower, split cooker, instantaneous water heaters. Re plumbed, insulated, damp proofed, plaster boarded, plastered, floating insulated floor, oak floor, new bathroom, new kitchen, skirting boards, doors, loft hatch, window sills, second fix electrics, painted, drainage.
