Job entailed demolition of existing porch, new base, externail timber frame, insulated, demp proofed, cladded, roof, tilled, drain pipes, plaster boarded, plastered, toilet fitted, sink fitted, connected to drainage, loft hatch, electrics rerouted, new switches, lights etc, painted.
